Product Exchange Window

Products/sizes can only be exchanged with equal or higher value item/s within 7 days of placing your order. After this period, each product enters its lightcoding process, making it uniquely attuned and therefore ineligible for exchange. No amount of emails or DMs can override this policy, as the process is both sacred and technically complex.

Allowing exchanges beyond 24 hours increases the risk of errors for both the client and the company, which is why this boundary is absolute.

If there are any breakages/damages observed post receiving the order, there is no return, exchange, or refund.

Please make a video while opening your package to claim any damage or missing article. We cannot guarantee any claims if the unboxing video is not proper.

Replacement Eligibility

Before making any replacement request, kindly note that we shall process the replacement request only under the following circumstances:

• The product supplied is different from the product ordered. • The product supplied got damaged/lost during the shipping process. • The customer must supply the proof of purchase or receipt of the product.

The customers shall not be eligible for return or replacement/exchange apart from the above-mentioned circumstances.

In the case of a refund — the refund will be processed within 7 working days (after the quality check of the returned items). Once the refund is processed, the amount will get credited to the customer's source account within 5–7 business days.

Offer Validity

All promotional offers, gifts, or discounts are valid only on orders placed during the live period of the offer. Orders placed before an offer goes live are not eligible for retrospective benefits under any circumstances.

• If an order is placed before the offer starts, it will not qualify for the offer, even if the order is later canceled and re-placed. • Cancellations and re-orders done solely to take advantage of an upcoming or ongoing offer will not be honoured. • This rule is in place to ensure fairness for all customers and to protect the integrity of our process, as repeated cancellations and re-orders create unnecessary delays, errors, and complications for both clients and the company.

By making a purchase, you acknowledge and accept that offers cannot be back-applied or manipulated through cancellations and re-orders.

How to Initiate a Return

Please send us an email via Contact Us with the following details:

• Order ID • Full details of products • Proof of purchase (payment receipt and screenshot of order confirmation email) • A proper end-to-end unboxing video • The reason for such return or exchange • Whether you want a refund or an exchange

Return requests sent through WhatsApp, Call, SMS, etc. shall not be considered.

Shipping Products Back to Us

The client has to send the products with proper packaging in the parcel at their own cost. We do not initiate return pick-ups because of the loss of products during return transit.

Inspection of Returned Products

Once the returned products are received at the AstroAura24 office, we shall send an email confirmation receipt to you. We will inspect the returned product(s) and communicate our approval/rejection for your request for a refund within 1–2 working days from the date of receipt.

We will not approve any request for a refund of the returned product(s) if it is found to be used, damaged, or missing one or more parts. AstroAura24's decision regarding acceptance or rejection of your request will be final and binding.

Processing of Refund

The refund will be processed within 7 working days (after the quality check of the returned items). Once the refund is processed, the amount will get credited to the customer's source account within 5–7 business days.

Payment Gateway charges (if applicable) will not be refunded. These are billed directly by the Payment Gateway and are not refunded.

For Razorpay, the charges are 2.36% for all payments using Indian debit/credit cards, Net Banking (except for American Express which is 4.72%) and 3.54% for all payments from foreign cards. For PayPal, the charges are 5.19%. These charges are inclusive of the applicable 18% GST. Also, Shopify platform charges of 2% will not be refunded.

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us via Contact Us.

Missing or Broken Items

Please make a proper end-to-end unboxing video while opening your package to claim any damage or missing article. We cannot guarantee any claims if the unboxing video is not proper.

We are very thorough in our checking and packing procedures, hence missing any product(s) is highly unlikely. However, to back your claim and for us to send you the missing product(s) from your order, we would require the unboxing video. If the unboxing video is not shared with us, you are not eligible for refunds.

Orders Lost or Damaged During Transit

If you get a message from our third-party service provider that your order is delivered, but you have still not received it, immediately contact us via Contact Us. You are strongly recommended to contact us within 24 hours of such incidents for us to escalate and resolve them with our delivery partner.

Exchanges

AstroAura24 shall replace/exchange the products only if the product received is damaged during shipping. The products shall not be replaced or exchanged for any other reasons as specified.

AstroAura24 shall entertain the requests for exchange only if the same has been raised within 24 hours from the date of delivery of the product.

At the time of making an exchange request, the customer shall share a receipt or proof of purchase along with the image of the product (in case of a broken product received).

Only the particular broken product shall be exchanged and not the entire order.

Transportation cost for sending the product to AstroAura24's office shall be borne by the customer. The customer shall pack the product with due care. In case the product received at the premises of the vendor is damaged or worn out, the customer shall not be eligible for exchange.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we shall send you an email to notify that we have received your item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request.

International Orders

In the event of an order to a country other than mainland India, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. Customs duties, other local taxes, import duties or state taxes may be payable. These rights and sums do not fall within the responsibility of AstroAura24 — they will be your entire responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and organizations in your country.

An order to a country other than mainland India will be shipped on a paid shipping basis. If the international order is cancelled by the client after shipping, the shipping amount will not be refunded and the client will ship back the order to AstroAura24's office on their own cost with every item in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund.

If any custom duty is imposed in India during the import of the return shipment, the custom duty will be paid by the client. International refund takes up to 15 working days to get credited to the client's source account after processing.
