Free Shipping Within India

We offer free shipping within India on all pre-paid orders.

We unfortunately do not have a cash-on-delivery policy.

Please make a proper end-to-end unboxing video while opening your package to claim any damage or missing article.

Dispatch

It will take up to 5–7 business days for the parcel to be dispatched (delivery within India). Delivery may take longer during holidays, special occasions, or any time-to-time Government restrictions.

International shipping — It will be dispatched within 21 working days from the date of ordering.

Delivery Timeline

The transit time usually takes 2–7 business days after dispatch depending on your location.

Please do not accept the package if it's tampered with.

Please make a proper end-to-end unboxing video while opening your package to claim any damage or missing article.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive a tracking number/ID via email.

International Shipping

Note 1 — Shipping Charges

  • International orders have shipping charges of INR 10,000/- (up to 1 KG volumetric weight parcel).

  • Please get in touch via Contact Us for the shipping charges of parcels beyond 1 KG volumetric weight.

Note 2 — Customs & Delivery

  • Any custom duties or VAT imposed in the destination country will be borne by the buyer and will be paid directly to the authorities. This is additional to shipping charges.

  • Please share your complete delivery address with your phone number and email.

  • Your products will be dispatched within 21 days from the date of order.

  • If the products are delivered within India, then respective taxes will be applied.

  • Any festival holidays coming during the order preparation time will be extra to the processing time.

Note 3 — FedEx Shipment Types

  • As per the international shipping & trade policies by FedEx, there are two kinds of shipments — Precious Shipment and Regular Cargo.

  • Precious Shipment consists of all precious items like Gold, Silver, Diamond jewellery, Precious & semi-precious crystals & gemstones only.

  • Regular Cargo consists of all Feng Shui items, fabric items, ceramic items, metal items and books only.

  • Shipping charge for Precious Shipment is INR 10,000/- (as per actuals if it is beyond INR 10,000, the same will be communicated to you for the balance payment).

  • Shipping charge for Regular Cargo Shipment is also INR 10,000/- (as per actuals if it is beyond INR 10,000, the same will be communicated to you for the balance payment).

  • If your order contains both category items, 2 separate shipments will be sent and they will attract their respective shipping charges individually and respective custom duties (if any) individually.

Based on the kind of items ordered by the customer, our representatives will get in touch with the customer to let them know if their order will be sent as a single shipment or in two shipments. Accordingly, the second shipment charges will be asked to pay.
