To generate accurate horoscopes and provide consultation, we collect: • Personal Information: Name, gender, email address, phone number • Personal Data: Date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, and other astrological inputs. Birth details are considered sensitive under the IT Rules, 2011 as they relate to inferences about physical, physiological, and mental health • Consultation Data: Questions asked, consultation notes, payment/transaction details processed via PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store full card/UPI details on our servers • Technical Data: IP address, device/browser info, cookies for booking and login

To process and fulfill your orders, we collect: • Personal Information: Name, delivery/billing address, email, phone number • Sensitive Personal Data: Payment details. Complete card/UPI/bank details are processed directly by our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway partners and are not stored on our servers • Other Information: Order history, IP address, device/browser info, cookies for cart/checkout functionality.

Your data is used solely for order processing, delivery, payment, customer support, fraud prevention, compliance with tax/GST laws, and improving your shopping experience.

Your data is used only for: generating horoscopes/kundli, providing astrological consultation, follow-up guidance, appointment scheduling, payment processing, and maintaining consultation records for service continuity.

The information, your personal data - that is provided to us will be safe and We do not sell, rent, distribute or sell to any third parties. However, it may be shared only with logistics partners, payment gateways, and government authorities as required by law.

Any data saved by your server and/or internet provider is not accountable to AstroAura24.

For accuracy, quality assurance, and to provide you session notes/transcripts, AstroAura24 may record audio and/or video of consultations conducted via phone, Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp, or similar platforms. No consultation will be recorded without your prior explicit consent. Consent will be taken at the start of each session verbally or through our platform.

Recordings are stored with encrypted access, used only for sharing session notes with you, resolving disputes, and internal quality improvement. Recordings are not shared with third parties except as required by law or with your written permission.

You may withdraw consent for future recordings at any time. Withdrawal will not affect recordings made before withdrawal. If you do not consent to recording, consultation will still be provided but post-session transcripts/recordings will not be available.

Log information collected by your server, in terms of number of times the site has been visited, your IP address and browser version may be sent to us by your browser. This is not accountable to AstroAura24, to change such details please access the settings in your browser or contact your internet service provider.
